In addition to the FCC’s review, Congress has been debating Section 230 and considering legislative action focused on the immunity provided to online content providers under it. This panel of experts will address the Congressional activity regarding this issue, discuss alternatives to legislation and reasons why any proposed change should consider impact to the entire ecosystem.
